Online Purchases
In-store exchanges:
You can exchange items purchased online in-store for a different color and/or size only. This service is available at Bompard stores in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Austria (excluding stores in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, outlets, and department stores).
Refunds:
Refunds for online purchases are not available in-store.
Return conditions:
Returns must be made within 30 days from the shipping date of your order.
Returned items must:
- Be in their original condition (undamaged, unworn, and unstained).
- Include their original packaging, clothing tags, and protective film (if applicable).
If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused, and the item will be sent back to you.
In-store Purchases
You can:
- Exchange items.
- Request store credit.
Refunds:
Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
