Once your order has been confirmed, it can no longer be modified or canceled. However, you have the option to:
- Return your order free of charge using the prepaid return label included in your package (for the countries in Europe excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom) or by following the return procedure applicable in your country.
- Refuse the delivery of the package from the carrier.
You can then place a new order free of charge, either online or by contacting our customer service team.
Please note that it is not possible to add a gift wrapping to your order after it has been confirmed.
