You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind and return your items for a refund. Exchanges are not available at this time.
Return procedure :
1. CREATE A RETURN REQUEST :

If you have a Bompard customer account, log in to your personal space, then go to the « My Orders » section.

If you do not have an account, scroll to the bottom of our website and click on « Manage my return », or access it directly via this link.
- You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
2. SELECT THE ITEMS TO RETURN :
- Tick the items you wish to return, indicate the reason for each return, then confirm your request.
3. PRINT THE PREPAID RETURN LABEL :
- You will receive your return label by email.
- Print it and attach it clearly to your parcel.
- Attach the printed return label to the parcel and place the return slip inside. The commercial invoice, also printed with the return documents, must be handed over to the courier.
4. PREPARE THE PARCEL

Place the unworn items, along with their original packaging, in the recycled box used for the initial delivery, using the second adhesive strip.
5. SEND BACK YOUR PACKAGE
Go to www.dhl.com and select your country from the "Choose a location" dropdown menu.
Choose from the two return options by clicking on :
- "Contact DHL Express" to schedule a pick-up at your chosen address.
- "Locate drop-off points" to drop off your package at a DHL drop-off point.
*Return shipping within Europe is free. For returns outside of Europe, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. These costs will be shown when you enter your return details in the returns portal.
