1. LOG IN TO THE RETURNS PORTAL
To return part or all of your order :
- Log in to our returns portal and follow the steps to print your return form and return label.
- Have your order number and the email address used for your order ready. Our partner DHL will handle your return.
- Once logged in, indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Our partner DHL Express will process your return.
2. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
- Print the return documents from the returns portal. These will also be sent to you by email.
- Place the unworn items back in their original packaging and reuse your box using the adhesive strip.
- Stick the return label you printed on your package and place the return form inside. The commercial invoice, also printed with the return documents, should be handed to the carrier.
3. SEND BACK YOUR PACKAGE
Go to www.dhl.com and select your country from the "Choose a location" dropdown menu.
Choose from the two return options by clicking on :
- "Contact DHL Express" to schedule a pick-up at your chosen address.
- "Locate drop-off points" to drop off your package at a DHL drop-off point.
*Return shipping within Europe is free. For returns outside of Europe, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. These costs will be shown when you enter your return details in the returns portal.
