Return shipping costs within Europe are free.
For returns outside of Europe, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund. These costs will be displayed when you initiate your return on the return portal.
For Canada only : if you return your order, you will receive a full refund of any duties and taxes paid at checkout, in addition to the cost of the returned items.
